SUBSIDY TO IMPROVE COMPETITIVENESS: CHANGES IN THE DEADLINE FOR COMPLETING THE INVESTMENT IN 2022
2022. 04. 28.
Based on the Government Decree No. 118/2022. (III. 22.) on the rules for emergency situations relating to the extension of the duration of the supported activity and the approval of the European Commission, the deadline for completing the investment in the framework of the subsidy to improve competitiveness (VNT2020-1) has been extended as follows:
- to 30 June 2022 for incentive deeds concluded in 2020;
- to 31 December 2022 for incentive deeds concluded in 2021.
Please be noted that the above mentioned amendment only applies to those incentive deeds where the Beneficiary has not yet fulfilled its reporting obligations, i.e. has not yet submitted the report on the use of the subsidy to HIPA, acting as the Managing Body.
By extending the deadline for the completion of the investment, the revised deadline will also apply to the commitments stipulated in the grant document.
HIPA will send to all beneficiaries concerned the declaration form for the extension of the deadline, which must be filled in, duly signed and sent to us by post by 30 May 2022, if they wish to claim use of the extension possibility (postal address: HIPA Non-Profit Ltd.; 1055 Budapest, Honvéd u. 20.).
If you have not received the declaration form, please contact us via [email protected] without delay.
