Thanks to the capacity expansion investment of the Hungarian-owned DGA Kft., which specializes in the production of steel products, 25 new jobs will be created in Nemesgulács.

DGA Gépgyártó és Automatizálási Kft., which plays a significant role among domestic steel structure manufacturers, is making an €11.05 million investment to expand its capacity and introduce innovative technological solutions to optimize its production processes. The company is involved not only in machine manufacturing and automation, but also in engineering design and steel trading.

The project primarily focuses on the production of heavy machinery and earth-moving machine components, agricultural machinery, crane parts, welding robot steel structures, and railway vehicle components. In addition, the existing plant will be expanded with more than 6,000 m² of new modern manufacturing and warehouse space, as well as new offices and social facilities to support daily operations.

The investment also supports local businesses, as a significant portion of raw materials and services will be supplied by companies operating in the region, thereby strengthening the local economy. The company is committed to environmental sustainability and employs green technologies that reduce emissions and its ecological footprint.

Among DGA's main partners are the German LIEBHERR group, which manufactures construction machinery, cranes, and material handling equipment, and AHWI, which specializes in machinery for forestry and land reclamation work. Over the past years, the company has received several recognitions, including the "Excellent Practical Training Facility" certificate and the Veszprém County Quality Award.

Between 2014 and 2025, with the support of HIPA, a total of 1,131 positive decisions were made regarding projects carried out by Hungarian-owned companies (including VNT and Factory Rescue Programmes), representing a total volume of approximately €7.1 billion and creating more than 15,000 jobs.
